I was looking for a quick snack before Sunday Night Football in America and I found Atkins Marshmallow Mudslide Bar and quickly grab that. As soon as, I opened the packaging the scent of chocolate filled the room. I immediately took a bite of it and was impressed with the great taste of chocolate and marshmallows.
The nutritional information was clearly marked on the back of the bar. Based on one bar, which is 48g, the bar has 210 calories, 10g fat, 160mg sodium, 15g protein, 19g of carbohydrates including 1g of sugar.

I give Atkins Advantage a 200 DFC. It tasted great and that is really all I need to say. The nutritional information was done well. I thought the bar did have a high calorie intake, on the other hand, it has marshmallows, which is not the healthiest food. However, it is a good treat. The consumer information was done well. I enjoyed this quick snack as I was off to watch some football!
